激活的巨噬细胞(Mφ)是小鼠抗血吸虫病免疫力的重要效应细胞。诱生的腹腔Mφ在体外单独不能杀伤童虫,然而在Ab存在时,大鼠、正常狒狒腹腔Mφ和人单核细胞具有杀伤作用。本研究拟确定一些血清,尤其是多次接种疫苗的高免疫小鼠血清,和几株抗曼氏血吸虫(S.m.)的mAb是否能在体外介导由淀粉诱生的小鼠Mφ的杀伤作用;以及用mAb阻断试验研究各种细胞表面分子在Ab依赖的Mφ介导的杀伤中的作用。
Activated macrophages (Mφ) are important effector cells of mouse anti-schistosomiasis immunity. The induced intraperitoneal Mφ alone can not kill the squirrels in vitro, whereas in the presence of Ab, the normal baboon has a killing effect on the peritoneal Mφ and human monocytes. This study aimed to determine whether some sera, especially multiple vaccinated, highly immunized mice, and several mAbs against Schistosoma mansoni could mediate the in vitro killing of mouse Mφ induced by starch; And the role of various cell surface molecules in Ab-dependent Mφ-mediated killing by mAb blocking assays.
