用国产Butyl－S－Sepharose流水介质，以HIC技术纯化rHBsAg（CHO细胞产），与瑞典Pharmacia公司生产的同类流水介质对照。比较通过HIC后rHBsAg的漏出，纯化rHBsAg终产品性状和纯度等指标。结果表明二者差异无显著意义，且国产流水介质纯化的HBsAg的某些性状有所改善。
The rHBsAg (CHO cell-derived) was purified by HIC technique using a domestic Butyl-S-Sepharose flow medium, which was compared to the same aqueous medium manufactured by Pharmacia in Sweden. After comparing the leakage of rHBsAg through HIC, the indexes such as traits and purity of final product of rHBsAg were purified. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two, and some of the traits of HBsAg purified by the domestic stream media improved.
