本文在重型测力仪结构分析与理论分析的基础上,通过电子计算机计算并分析了十字筋式重型车削测力仪的刚度、灵敏度以及两者乘积的变化规律,找出了弹性元件十字筋几何参数,最低灵敏度、许用刚度、许用应力等方面的约束条件,以刚度与灵敏度的乘积为目标函数,采用复合形法进行了优化设计。并考虑加工工艺及性能参数的平衡,确定了弹性元件十字筋的几何参数。通过实际测定与理论分析是一致的。实际测试的结果完全满足 CIRP 科学技术委员会所推荐的国际标准。
Based on the structural analysis and theoretical analysis of heavy-duty dynamometer, the stiffness and sensitivity of the cross-bar heavy duty dynamometer and the variation law of the product of the two factors are calculated and analyzed by electronic computer. Parameters, minimum sensitivity, allowable stiffness and allowable stress, the product of stiffness and sensitivity is taken as the objective function, and the complex shape method is used to optimize the design. Considering the balance between the processing technology and the performance parameters, the geometrical parameters of the cross member of the elastic element were determined. Through the actual measurement and theoretical analysis is consistent. The actual test results completely meet the CIRP Science and Technology Commission recommended by the international standards.
