经过多年的实践研究,开发了两项水平井套损修复工艺技术:液压整形打通道技术,该技术采用地面打压提供液压推动力实现对变形套管的修复,可以有效解决水平段套管缩径整形和打通道难题。套管补贴加固技术,该技术采用金属密封胀头配合加固管进行套管破损位置的修复,具有成本低,悬挂力大,密封耐压、耐温高等优点。该两项技术有效解决了水平井生产中后期所产生的套损问题,在现场应用中取得了很好的应用效果。
