目的探讨甲状腺疾病的声像图特点,了解不同病变甲状腺疾病的声像图特点,提高诊断符合率。方法选取本院2012年11月至2016年12月间因甲状腺疾病而就诊的215例患者,分析其超声检查图像资料,并总结不同病变的声像图特点。结果超声检查215例甲状腺疾病中,其中甲状腺腺瘤100例(囊性变35例,钙化7例),甲状腺结节样改变46例,甲状腺囊肿15例(出血3例,囊壁钙化5例),甲状腺癌3例,甲状腺炎38例,桥本甲状腺炎9例,甲状腺术后改变4例(其中伴结节样改变2例,伴囊肿1例,伴腺瘤2例),结合临床资料分析,诊断符合率达82%。因甲状腺疾病临床症状隐匿,在临床工作中常常不受重视,随着超声检查的普及应用,甲状腺疾病也越来越引起人们的重视。结论通过对甲状腺疾病不同病变的声像图特点进行分析认识,提高超声诊断符合率,为临床对于甲状腺疾病的诊断及治疗提供重要的信息,大大提高了甲状腺疾病的治愈率。
Objective To investigate the features of thyroid gland diseases, understand the features of thyroid diseases and improve the coincidence rate of thyroid diseases. Methods A total of 215 patients with thyroid disease from November 2012 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected and their ultrasonographic data were analyzed. The sonographic features of different lesions were summarized. Results Among the 215 cases of thyroid diseases, 100 were thyroid adenomas (35 cases of cystic degeneration and 7 cases of calcification), 46 cases of thyroid nodules and 15 cases of thyroid cysts (3 cases of hemorrhage and 5 cases of wall calcification) , 3 cases of thyroid cancer, 38 cases of thyroiditis, 9 cases of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, 4 cases of thyroid surgery (2 cases with nodular changes, 1 case with cysts and 2 cases with adenoma). Combined with clinical data analysis , The diagnostic coincidence rate of 82%. Due to the hidden clinical symptoms of thyroid disease, often neglected in clinical work, with the popularity of ultrasonography, thyroid disease has attracted more and more attention. Conclusion Through analyzing the features of sonography of different pathological changes of thyroid diseases and improving the coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis, it provides important information for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases clinically, and greatly improves the cure rate of thyroid diseases.
