为了解唐山市医务放射人员外周血淋巴细胞遗传效应等指标与职业照射剂量关系,于2008年采集唐山市520名医务放射工作人员外周血进行血常规、淋巴细胞微核、染色体畸变检测,同时统计放射人员前10年的个人年剂量均值。采用微量全血培养法进行微核、染色体畸变检测;采用RGD3型热释光剂量仪、HW-3型热释光精密退火炉,对放射人员进行一年4次的个人剂量检测、分析,严格按照GBZ 128—2002《职业性外照射个人监测规范》标准执行。分别以淋巴细胞
