目的:调查市售红参饮片质量,制定红参饮片的质量标准。方法:收集不同地区市售红参饮片样品,采用性状观察,显微、薄层色谱定性鉴别,高效液相色谱进行含量测定。采用Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水进行梯度洗脱,检测波长203 nm,流速1 mL·min-1,柱温30℃。结果:市售红参饮片外观性状有差异,显微特征明显,薄层色谱在与人参对照药材、人参皂苷Rf、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re及人参皂苷Rb1相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点。13批样品中人参皂苷Rg1+Re的含量范围为0.097 0%~0.301%,Rb1的含量范围为0.140%~0.310%。结论:不同地区市售红参饮片性状、显微特征及样品中3种成分的含量均具有显著的差异。
Objective: To investigate the quality of red ginseng slices on the market and formulate the quality standards of red ginseng slices. Methods: Samples of red ginseng slices collected in different regions were collected and characterized by observation of properties, microscopic and TLC TLC, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The column was then eluted with a gradient of acetonitrile and water using a Lichrospher C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The detection wavelength was 203 nm and the flow rate was 1 mL · min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The appearance and characteristics of the commercially available red ginseng slices were different and the microscopic features were obvious. Thin layer chromatography was the same color spots on the positions corresponding to the ginseng reference materials, ginsenoside Rf, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb1 . The content of ginsenoside Rg1 + Re in 13 batches of samples ranged from 0.097 0% to 0.301%, and the content of Rb1 ranged from 0.140% to 0.310%. Conclusion: There are significant differences in the properties, microscopic features and the contents of three components in the samples of red ginseng in different areas.
