在2009年12月成交破千套大关以后,西溪小和山板块新房供应呈现乏力状态。2010年1月以来,大多数楼盘的在售房源量都降至个位数,而包括溪上玫瑰园、西溪玫瑰、绿城·西溪诚园、绿野春天、广瑞·瑞成花园等在内的70%以上的楼盘选择在3月以后,乃至下半年推出新房源。市场的青黄不接令板块内1月份楼盘成交量猛跌至58套。
