目的 :探讨甲旁亢患者血清中的甲状旁腺激素PTH(1 -34)二级结构的改变及其与功能的关系。方法 :采用远紫外圆二色谱分析法,对正常人及甲旁亢患者血清的PTH(1 -34)进行蛋白质二级结构的测定。结果 :甲旁亢患者血清PTH(1 -34)的二级结构与正常人相比有明显变化 ,在208nm和222nm处的远紫外圆二色谱波谷幅度降低 ,表明其α螺旋含量显著降低。结论 :甲旁亢患者血清的PTH(1 -34)除含量有明显增高外 ,其结构也发生变化
Objective: To investigate the changes of secondary structure of parathyroid hormone PTH (1-34) in serum of patients with hyperparathyroidism and its relationship with function. Methods: The secondary structure of PTH (1 -34) in serum of normal subjects and patients with hyperparathyroidism was determined by far-UV circular dichroism analysis. Results: The secondary structure of serum PTH (1 -34) in patients with hyperparathyroidism had obvious changes compared with normal people. The amplitude of far-UV circular dichroism decreased at 208nm and 222nm, indicating that the α-helix content was significantly decreased. Conclusion: The serum PTH (1 -34) in patients with hyperparathyroidism except the content was significantly increased, its structure also changed
