研究了化学镀 Ni- P合金在 CO2 水溶液中的腐蚀磨损行为。结果表明 ,随 CO2 浓度增大、载荷增加和滑动速度增加 ,化学镀 Ni- P合金的腐蚀磨损速率增大、自腐蚀电位负移 ;当 CO2 浓度增大、载荷减小和滑动速度降低 ,化学镀 Ni- P合金摩擦系数增大。同样条件下 ,化学镀 Ni- P合金比 G10 5钢具有更高的耐腐蚀磨损性。
The corrosion wear behavior of electroless Ni-P alloy in CO2 aqueous solution was studied. The results show that with the increase of CO2 concentration, the increase of load and the increase of sliding velocity, the corrosion and wear rate of electroless Ni-P alloy increases and the self-corrosion potential shifts negatively. When the CO2 concentration increases, the load decreases and the sliding velocity decreases, Coated Ni-P alloy friction coefficient increases. Under the same conditions, electroless Ni-P alloy plating has higher corrosion resistance than G10 5 steel.
