基于数控铣削加工特征,采用线性加权和法,建立了数控铣削用量多目标优化的数学模型.运用直接寻优算法,对数控铣削加工实例进行了优化,验证了多目标优化模型的正确性和实用性,为实现数控加工过程的优化奠定了基础.
Based on the characteristics of NC milling, a mathematical model of multi-objective optimization of CNC milling was established by using linear weighted sum method. The direct optimization algorithm was used to optimize CNC machining. The correctness and practicability of multi-objective optimization model was verified In order to achieve the optimization of CNC machining process laid the foundation.
