在借鉴课堂学习环境相关理论的基础上,本研究对我国东、中、西部32所高职院校的20815名学生进行了问卷调查。结果显示:目前高职院校学生对课堂学习环境的总体感知情况较好,但对物理环境和制度环境的感知程度较低;学生感知的课堂学习环境与学生的学习行为密切相关,课堂学习环境感知不同的学生,其学习行为也存在显著差异。建议高职院校加强课堂学习环境管理,平衡物理环境、制度环境、心理环境之间的关系,通过创设理想的课堂学习环境来引导学生产生积极的学习行为,以提高整体的人才培养质量。
Based on the related theories of classroom learning environment, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 20,815 students from 32 higher vocational schools in the eastern, central and western China. The results show that the current situation of students in higher vocational colleges is generally better than that of classroom learning environment, but their perception of the physical environment and institutional environment is relatively low. The classroom learning environment perceived by students is closely related to the students’ learning behaviors. It is suggested that higher vocational colleges should strengthen classroom learning environment management, balance the relationship between physical environment, institutional environment and psychological environment, guide students to produce positive learning behaviors by creating ideal classroom learning environment so as to improve the overall quality of personnel training.
