为了判断液黏传动纯油膜剪切阶段的转速稳定性,首先分析了摩擦副纯油膜剪切阶段的特点和稳定状态,用油膜厚度稳定性表征转速和转矩稳定性,对摩擦副进行了详细的受力分析,应用相平面分析法对摩擦副的油膜厚度稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,纯油膜剪切阶段摩擦副间有相等的油膜厚度,在平衡状态下有较好的油膜厚度稳定性和转速稳定性。因此,应用相平面分析法,利用李雅普诺夫判据可以对液黏传动比例压力控制条件下纯油膜剪切阶段的转速稳定性进行分析。
In order to judge the rotational speed stability during the shearing phase of the pure oil film, the characteristics and steady state of the shearing phase of the pure oil film were analyzed. The stability of the rotational speed and torque was characterized by the stability of the oil film thickness. Of the force analysis, the application of phase plane analysis of friction pairs of film thickness stability studies. The results show that there is equal oil film thickness between the friction pairs in the pure oil film shearing stage and good film thickness stability and speed stability under the equilibrium state. Therefore, by using the phase plane analysis method, the Lyapunov criterion can be used to analyze the rotational speed stability of the pure oil film during the shear phase of the pure oil film under the condition of the proportional pressure control.
