目的:探讨18F-FDGPET/CT显像与血清CA125检测在卵巢癌术后随访中的价值。方法:对安吉县第二人民医院62例卵巢癌患者进行回归性研究,对其过往所进行的常规影像学检测、PET/CT检测及血清CA125检测等进行记录总结,并按照金标准评鉴PET/CT与常规CT的精确率、特异性等进行比较;并对发现病灶的情况进行比较;通过血清CA125指标变化与复发的情况及PET/CT的检出率总结三者的关系。结果:根据诊断金标准,PET/CT诊断效能灵敏度为92.1%,常规CT灵敏度为73.%,两者相比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。PET/CT组的特异性为92.6%较常规CT组73.5%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。PET/CT的病灶检出情况明显高于常规CT组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;30例CA125升高的患者,均确诊为复发或者转移,对其进行检测PET/CT的检出率达93.3%,较常规CT法76.7%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:血清CA125指标的变化与卵巢癌的复发、转移具有相关性,其指标的升高患者均伴随着复发的出现;但其监测水平存在局限性;常规使用的影像学检查手段因各自存在的局限性,存在假阴性率。PET/CT在精确率、特异性方面均存在优势;PET/CT虽然在对于病灶的检出率上存在优势,但仍然对于小病灶的复发情况存在假阴性率,临床对PET/CT患者仍需密切观察。
Objective: To investigate the value of 18F-FDG PET / CT imaging and serum CA125 in postoperative follow-up of ovarian cancer. Methods: A retrospective study was performed on 62 cases of ovarian cancer patients in Second People ’s Hospital of Anji County. CONCLUSION: The change of serum CA125 index is correlated with the recurrence and metastasis of ovarian cancer. The patients whose elevated index are accompanied by the recurrence appear but the monitoring level has limitations. The conventional means of imaging examination may be due to their respective existence Limitations, there is a false negative rate. PET / CT has advantages in accuracy and specificity. PET / CT has a false-negative rate for the recurrence of small lesions although there is an advantage in the detection rate of lesions. However, PET / CT patients still need clinical Close observation.
