一般沿用的痢疾杆菌培养鉴定方法,需要3-4天的时间,又需消耗大量材料。1956年徐昭桑氏等发表的“细菌的微量培养方法”(微生物学报,4:287,1956),曾引起同道们的注意。1957年我们参照了徐氏法进行了小批肠道带菌者检查,发现培养基制备及操作仍嫌繁复,于是参考了其他文献对徐氏法作了若干改进,从1957年9月-1958年7月用此改良法共进行了563人痢疾带菌者检查,与此同时,全部做了大培养法对照观察,效果接近一致(表1)。计分离出痢疾杆菌19株,占3.38%,其中弗氏16株,宋乃氏1株,施密次氏1株,志贺氏1株。
The general method of identification of dysentery bacilli culture, it takes 3-4 days, but also consume a lot of material. Published in 1956 Xuzhao Sang’s “micro-culture of bacteria” (Microbiology, 4: 287,1956), has aroused the attention of fellow. In 1957, we consulted the Xu’s method for small batch gut carriers and found that the preparation and operation of the medium were still complicated. Therefore, we made some improvements to Xu’s method with reference to other literatures. From September 1957 to 1958 In July, a total of 563 cases of dysentery carriers were examined with this improved method, and at the same time, all of the large-scale culture-control studies were conducted and the results were similar (Table 1). Nineteen strains of dysentery bacilli were isolated and accounted for 3.38%, of which 16 were Freund’s, 1 was Song’s, 1 was Schmid, 1 was Shigel’s.
