在冷库设计过程中,我们发现高温库的冷藏方式和负荷计算与实际有较大的出入,造成老库冷冻设备积压,新库造价增大。为了解决这个问题,通过深入实际调查研究,在工人师傅的帮助下,我们对原计算方法进行了分析探讨,明确了合理之处,提出了较符合情况的冷藏管理方式和负荷计算方法。一、原有计算方法存在的问题 1.设计单独的冷却间实际上不用我国以前大部分高温库均设计有单独的冷却间,同时在冷藏间内又考虑5%库容的热货耗冷量作为大量进货时直接入库之用。然而据我们了解的各库,冷却间均未使用,都已经把冷却间改为冷藏间。
During the cold storage design process, we found that the cold storage methods and load calculations of high-temperature storage systems have a large gap with the actual conditions, causing a backlog of old storage refrigeration equipment and an increase in the cost of new warehouses. In order to solve this problem, through in-depth investigation and research, with the help of the workers’ masters, we analyzed and discussed the original calculation method, and made clear the rationality, and put forward a more consistent management method of cold storage and load calculation methods. I. Problems existing in the original calculation method 1. Designing a separate cooling room does not actually require a separate cooling room for most of the previous high-temperature libraries in China. At the same time, the cold storage capacity of 5% storage capacity is also taken into account in the cold storage room. A large number of incoming goods directly used for storage. However, according to the libraries we know, the cooling rooms are not used, and the cooling rooms have been changed to cold rooms.
