SMA是由沥青玛蹄脂填充碎石骨架组成的混合料,是柔性的、稳定的、耐久性好的可用于铺筑不同厚度面层的热拌沥青混合料。与一般密级配沥青混合料相比,SMA混合料配合比的显著特点是“三多一少”——即粗集料多、矿粉多,沥青多、绷集料少,并以纤维素纤维作为稳定添加剂。这些特点在保证其优良性能的同时,也会因施工控制不当而造成一些负面影响,如一些SMA面层在通车后的一到两年内便产生泛油。车辙等病害,导致SMA抗滑的优点变成缺憾,严重影响SMA路面的使用品质。作者通过多年SMA面层的施工实践,分析对其质量的影响因素,提出了相应的控制措施。
SMA is a mixture composed of asphalt mastic filled gravel skeleton. It is a flexible, stable and durable hot mix asphalt that can be used to pave different thicknesses of surfacing. Compared with the general density asphalt mixture, SMA mixture with a significant characteristic is “more than a few less” - that is, more coarse aggregate, more slag, asphalt, less aggregate, and fiber Vegetarian fiber as a stabilizing additive. These features, while guaranteeing their excellent performance, can also have some negative effects due to improper construction control. For example, some SMA skims generate oil after one to two years of operation. Rut and other diseases, resulting in SMA anti-slip advantages into a defect, seriously affecting the quality of SMA pavement. Through many years of construction practice of SMA surface, the author analyzes the influencing factors on its quality and puts forward corresponding control measures.
