硝苯吡啶为钙离子拮抗剂,除用于治疗心绞痛外,国内外已广泛用于高血压病的治疗,取得了可喜的成绩;对于给药方式,口服或舌下含化,均同样有效。但国内舌下给药,报道者不多,我们于1988年11月～1987年1月曾对80例严重高血压患者,进行舌下含化治疗,并着重观察20分钟和1小时的快速降压效果,疗效十分满意,特报道如下: 材料与方法本组男40例,女40例,住院病人46例,门诊34例。平均年龄为61岁。病因:高血压病63例,高血压合并动脉硬化11例,肾实质性高血压1例,消化道手术后高血压2例,妊娠期高血
