(一) 游泳前为什么要作准备活动? 到了游泳場地,不要馬上就脫衣下水。因为夏天地面溫度和人体皮肤溫度都比較高,当你突然跳到水里,使神經、皮肤、肌肉等受到冷水刺激,会引起腿、脚抽筋或是肌肉拉伤。 下水前,要充分作好准备活动。例如做几节体操,做几个游泳动作,活动頸、肩、腕、膝等关节,按摩两小腿,用水洗洗脸,浇浇胸、背和两腿。这样就能使神經、皮肤、肌肉以及全身各关节具有适应环境改变的能力,有助于你順利地练游泳。
