当前中央把扩大居民消费、增強居民消费能力和加快居民消费结构升级提到了经济发展的战略地位。本文回顾“十一五”时期我国居民消费发展状况,对“十二五”时期居民消费走向和消费品市场走势进行深入分析和展望,同时分析当前和“十二五”时期扩大消费的制约因素以及形成的原因,并提出了宏观对策思路。
At present, the Central Committee refers to the strategic position of economic development by expanding resident consumption, enhancing residents ’spending power, and accelerating the upgrading of the residents’ consumption structure. This paper reviews the development of household consumption in China during the 11th Five-Year Plan period and analyzes the trends of household consumption and the consumer goods market during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. At the same time, it analyzes the current and the 12th Five-Year-Plan period The restrictive factors of expanding consumption and the reasons for their formation, and put forward the macroscopical countermeasure.
