我厂在利用镍基合金废料生产电解镍的过程中,阳极液的净化,过去一直采用通氯气除铅。在通氯过程中采用纯碱液调整pH值,既增加碱耗,又使溶液中的钠离子增加,镍离子浓度相应下降,不利于镍钠比的平衡;生成的氯渣中夹带有镍,使镍的直接回收率降低;同时通氯除铅使铅在整个生产中形成闭路循环,严重地影响电镍的质量。为了解决这些问题,我们采用脂肪胺萃取除铅进行了试验。现介绍于下:
