流式细胞光度术(Flow Cyto Metry简称FCM)是近年来发展起来的新技术.使用荧光激发细胞分类器(FACS)定量检测单个细胞的不同成份,并进行细胞周期分析,测定迅速,数据主观性好,还可做细胞分类.FCM在病理学、免疫学、细胞遗传学、血液病学等方面有广阔的应用前景.本文仅就其在血液病学上的应用加以探讨.FCM技术可检测细胞相对DNA含量,细胞大小,细胞周期中G_0+G_2期、S期、G_2+M期细胞所占比例,分辨DNA非倍性细胞出现与否与后期所占比分等.
