为了了解漠斑牙鲆受精卵的胚胎发育过程,为漠斑牙鲆育苗提供一定依据,对漠斑牙鲆的胚胎发育进行了初步观察。将受精卵培养在18℃~19℃、盐度33的海水中,利用显微镜对其胚胎发育过程进行连续观察,记录各个发育阶段的具体时间、状态并拍摄照片。受精卵经过卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、肌节胚、尾芽期、心跳期、出膜期等阶段的发育,经历60h30min成功破膜,进入胚后发育阶段。
