我省葡萄栽培面积已达30万亩,产量约3亿斤,仅次于新疆,居全国第二位。葡萄酒产量已达10万多吨,居全国之首。葡萄栽培与葡萄酿酒均以历史悠久、产量高、质量好而闻名于世。我省葡萄产地大多集中在胶东半岛的海滩、丘陵和山地,这里阳光充足,属于海洋性气候,昼夜温差大,群众又有丰富的栽培经验,葡萄质量好。在这些地区发展葡萄生产及其加工制品具有良好的条件。特别是目前中央提出了“开发沿海经
The area of viticulture in our province has reached 300,000 mu and the output is about 300 million kilos, second only to Xinjiang, ranking second in the country. Wine production has reached more than 100,000 tons, ranking first in the country. Viticulture and wine are renowned for their long history, high output and good quality. Most of the grape producing areas in our province are concentrated in the beaches, hills and mountains in the Jiaodong Peninsula, where there is plenty of sunshine and a maritime climate.
