研究了铸造用转移涂料的性能及涂料的转移方法。采用石墨粉作为耐火填料,凹凸棒土或膨润土作为悬浮剂,水玻璃作为粘结剂,水作为载液的涂料作为转移涂料用,较佳的配方为石墨粉40%,膨润土/凹凸棒土2%,水玻璃15%,有机酯2%。在涂料转移过程中,一种是直接用混有有机酯的涂料进行涂料转移,另一种是把未加有机酯的涂料混匀涂在铸型后再喷洒有机酯进行转移。实验结果表明,后一种方法转移效果较好。转移涂料与型砂之间的抗拉强度随有机酯加入量的增加而增加,且后一种方法转移涂料的抗拉强度更高。
The properties of transfer coatings for casting and the transfer of coatings were investigated. Graphite powder as refractory filler, attapulgite or bentonite as a suspending agent, water glass as a binder, and water as a carrier liquid paint as a transfer coating, the preferred formula is graphite 40%, bentonite / attapulgite 2 %, Water glass 15%, organic ester 2%. In the paint transfer process, one is the direct transfer of paint mixed with organic ester transfer, the other is the paint without organic ester coating mixed in the mold and then spray the organic ester transfer. Experimental results show that the latter method is better. Tensile strength between the transfer coating and the molding sand increases as the amount of the organic ester added, and the latter transfer paint has a higher tensile strength.
