随着知识经济、信息化社会以及网络技术的发展,网络信息呈爆炸式增长。谣言作为普遍的社会舆论现象,在互联网的推动下,对社会有着重要的影响。在信息难以充分表达的情况下,诸多社会心理因素的作用造就了谣言的流行,而网络的虚拟环境无形中充当了其保护伞。要有效遏制网络谣言的传播,在及时、全面地公开信息的同时,也要注意完善监督机制,提高从业者道德水平,并加强网民的媒体素养,培养其独立思考能力。
With the development of knowledge economy, information society and network technology, network information has exploded. As a common phenomenon of public opinion, rumors have an important impact on society under the impetus of the Internet. In the situation that information can not be fully expressed, many social psychological factors have created the rumor of the rumor, and the virtual environment of the network virtually acts as its umbrella.
