目的 :明确人表皮生长因子 (human Epidermal Growth Factor,h EGF)对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法 :采用体外培养的兔角膜内皮细胞 ,观察接种后不同时点 h EGF对其生长状态的影响 ;兔角膜片制作内皮损伤模型 ,离体培养后行 H- E染色和 H3- Td R掺入放射自显影 ,观察 h EGF对其修复的影响。结果 :兔角膜内皮细胞体外培养 h EGF组细胞数高于对照组 ,并使细胞形态产生纺锤形改变 ;角膜内皮损伤 ,离体培养 h EGF组损伤完全修复率高于对照组。结论 :h EGF促进体外培养兔角膜内皮细胞增殖 ;离体培养兔角膜 ,h EGF可加速其内皮损伤修复
Objective: To clarify the effect of human epidermal growth factor (h EGF) on corneal endothelial cells. Methods: The rabbit corneal endothelial cells cultured in vitro were observed h EGF at different time point after inoculation growth status; rabbit corneal flap model of endothelial injury, in vitro culture H- E staining and H3-Td R incorporation Autoradiography was performed to observe the effect of h EGF on its repair. Results: The number of cultured hECs in rabbit corneal endothelial cells was higher than that in control group, and the morphological changes of spindle cells were observed. The corneal endothelial injury and h EGF group in vitro were higher than those in control group. CONCLUSION: h EGF can promote the proliferation of rabbit corneal endothelial cells in vitro. In vitro culture of rabbit cornea and h EGF can accelerate the repair of endothelial injury
