一、问题的提出本市自一九七七年至一九七九年期间掀起了一个大搞农田基本建设的高潮,在沿海沿江兴建了一批中、小型水利工程。上海市水文总站根据站网规划的要求,先后在多处堰闸站建立了流量站。这些站经多年测验已搜集了一批流量资料,经整理、分析、发现流量系数率定时其点群关系十分紊乱,上线率极低,远远不能满足堰闸站流量定性推流要求。现以川扬河杨思堰闸站为实例,利用增大上、下游水位差读测的方法提高流量系数率定精度、从而满足流量定线推流要求。
I. PROBLEM PROPOSALS The city set off a climax of popularizing farmland infrastructures from 1977 to 1979, and built a number of medium and small-scale water conservancy projects along the coast. According to the requirements of station network planning, Shanghai Hydrographic Station has set up a traffic station in many weir gate stations. After many years of tests, these stations have collected a number of flow data. After finishing and analyzing, it is found that the point-group relationship of flow coefficient rate timing is very disorderly and the on-line rate is extremely low, which is far from meeting the requirement of qualitative flow-in of weir gate stations. Taking Yangsanyan River as an example, the method of increasing the readings of the water level difference between the upper and lower reaches is used to improve the accuracy of the flow coefficient, so as to meet the requirements of the flow alignment.
