以现有轧机机座垂直振动模型为基础,从改变四辊轧机机座的结构参数的角度出发,通过对机座振动的固有频率、主振型、振幅的分析,得到了四辊轧机机座的结构参数对机座垂直振动固有特性的影响关系。结果表明:调节结构参数不能明显改变前三阶固有频率,可通过改变结构参数来避免共振,同时在非共振情况下,调节结构参数也可以有效抑制由外界冲击产生的影响,为轧机机座的结构设计及进一步研究轧机的轧制稳定性条件奠定了基础。
Based on the existing vertical vibration model of the rolling mill stand, from the perspective of changing the structural parameters of the four-roller mill stand, by analyzing the natural frequency, the main vibration mode and amplitude of the vibration of the rolling stand, The structural parameters of the vertical vibration of the pedestal inherent characteristics of the relationship. The results show that the adjustment of structural parameters can not change the first three natural frequencies significantly, and the resonance can be avoided by changing the structural parameters. In the non-resonance condition, the structural parameters can also be effectively restrained from the external impact.
