本文针对含有分段线性刚度部件的柴油机轴系,首次提出线性缝接法以计算其扭转振动响应。本方法算法简单、耗用机时少。文中推导了含一个分段线性部件轴系的计算公式,并以二进制码的形式解决了含多个分段线性部件时轴系固有特性计算结果的存取问题。文末给出的算例验证了方法的可靠性。
In this paper, a linear suture method is proposed for the first time to calculate the torsional vibration response of a diesel engine shaft system with piecewise linear stiffness components. This method is simple algorithm, less time consumption machine. In this paper, the calculation formula of the shaft system with a piecewise linear component is deduced, and the access problem of the inherent characteristic of the shaft system with multiple piecewise linear components is solved in the form of binary code. The example given at the end of this paper verifies the reliability of the method.
