目的建立固相萃取—气相色谱法测定食用菌中有机磷农药残留的方法。方法样品粉碎均匀后经乙腈提取、浓缩,CARB/NH2净化,用DB-1701毛细柱分离后火焰光度检测器检测。结果 18种有机磷农药线性关系良好(r>0.996),检出限为0.01 mg/kg~0.05 mg/kg,加标回收率为78.9%~94.1%,相对标准偏差为2.3%~6.2%。结论实验结果表明,采用固相萃取—气相色谱法测定食用菌中有机磷农药残留,准确可靠、重复性好,可用于食用菌中有机磷农药的的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in edible fungi by solid phase extraction and gas chromatography. Methods The samples were homogenized and then extracted with acetonitrile, concentrated, and CARB / NH2 purified. The samples were detected by flame photometric detector after DB-1701 capillary column separation. Results The linear relationships of 18 organophosphorus pesticides were good (r> 0.996). The detection limits were 0.01 mg / kg ~ 0.05 mg / kg. The recoveries were 78.9% ~ 94.1% with relative standard deviations of 2.3% ~ 6.2%. Conclusion The experimental results show that the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in edible fungi by solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides in edible fungi.
