建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定有机-无机复混肥中砷、镉、铬、汞、镍和铅等6种重金属的方法。优化了微波消解条件,讨论了光谱干扰及消除。方法回收率在80.0%~103.3%之间,相对标准偏差均<6.8%。该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠。
A method for determination of six heavy metals such as arsenic, cadmium, chromium, mercury, nickel and lead in organic-inorganic compound fertilizer by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was established. Microwave digestion conditions were optimized, and spectral interference and elimination were discussed. The recoveries were between 80.0% and 103.3%, and the relative standard deviations were all <6.8%. The method is simple and fast, the result is accurate and reliable.
