作为教育工作者,我一直在追寻一种能给学生也给自己带来成长,并同时充满愉悦的教育。刚开始工作,适逢20世纪末期,那还是一个“分数唯上”的时代。管住学生,灌输知识,题海战术,这就是我当时全部的教学方式。后来,新课程改革铺天盖地而来,我试着改变教学方式,进入了课堂变革的探索期,创作了语文综合课《水》,以“水之诗”、“水之文”、“水之画”、“水之人”的内容赋予教学别样的内涵,大家惊叹“没见
