对大豆品种中黄55的复叶类型及不同种植地点各种复叶类型分布及其着生节位进行了研究,旨在探明多小叶的变化规律。根据组成复叶中小叶的数目,可分为7类,按照侧生和顶生叶片的数量进一步分为13种叶型,其中,4类共5种叶型尚未见报道。中黄55的复叶以三出复叶为主,其他复叶的小叶数以“4叶D1型”比率较高,随着纬度的降低,复叶类型数减少;北京顺义、湖北武汉和海南三亚3个地点间各小叶型比率方差分析表明,大部分小叶型比率3点间差异有统计学意义,表明复叶小叶型及其比率受环境的影响;主茎上从低节位至高节位,普通三出复叶的比率先是降低,然后再升高,而不同节位分枝的普通三出复叶的比率变化不大。通过本研究可拓宽对大豆复叶小叶型的认识。
The compound leaf types of Zhonghuang 55 and the distribution of various compound leaves and their internodes in different planting sites were studied in order to find out the change rules of multiple leaflets. According to the composition of the number of leaflets in the complex can be divided into 7 categories, according to the number of lateral and top leaves further divided into 13 kinds of leaf type, of which 4 kinds of a total of 5 leaf types have not been reported. The compound leaves of Zhonghuang 55 were dominated by three compound leaves, while the number of other compound leaves was higher than that of “4 leaves D1”. With the decrease of latitude, the number of compound leaves decreased. Beijing Shunyi and Hubei Wuhan And Sanya, Hainan Island, respectively, showed that there was significant difference in most of the leaflet ratio among the three sites, indicating that the leaflet size and the ratio of the leaflet were affected by the environment; The ratio of node and common trifoliate leaf firstly decreased and then increased while the ratio of common trifoliatum leaf with different node branches changed little. Through this study, we can broaden our understanding of the leaflet of soybean complex leaflets.
