Introduction The argument that Asia’s economic growth has shaded is spreading. Emerging industrialized economies, known as the “Four Little Dragons,” and “Four Little Tigers,” are said to have also witnessed the phenomenon of “miraculous interruption.” In terms of supporting the economic development in East Asia and Southeast Asia, the export growth rates of newly industrialized economies in 1993-95 were 10.4%, 15.3% and 20.6% respectively, showing very high figures.
