围护结构热工性能的权衡判断方法是一种性能化评价方法,目前在我国建筑节能标准中被推荐应用,但在实际应用中存在较多问题。对国内外不同建筑节能性能化评价方法进行了梳理,分析了我国围护结构性能化评价方法存在的问题,提出了改进和完善措施,提高了围护结构权衡判断方法的有效性和合理性。
The trade-off judgment method of the thermal performance of the envelope is a performance evaluation method, which is currently recommended in China's building energy efficiency standards. However, there are many problems in practical application. This paper reviews the evaluation methods of energy-saving performance of different buildings at home and abroad, analyzes the existing problems of the performance-based evaluation method of China's retaining structures, puts forward the measures to improve and perfect the measures, and improves the validity and rationality of the judgments of trade-offs.
