目的了解商洛市城区中小学生常见病患病情况,分析影响因素,为防治工作提供依据。方法对城区6所学校3个学习段的在校学生进行健康检查并统计分析。结果共检查6 778人,常见病患病4 072人次,其中视力低下率为31.96%、龋齿患病率为10.74%、营养不良率为7.23%、超重率为5.12%、肥胖率为3.94%、HBsAg阳性率为1.09%;视力低下率随学龄段的升高而升高,女生视力低下率高于男生(P<0.05)。结论商洛市城区学校学生常见病防治工作仍不容乐观,应引起相关部门的高度重视。应对中小学校加强实施健康教育知识干预,培养学生良好的学习及生活习惯,降低中小学生常见病发病率。
Objective To understand the prevalence of common diseases in primary and secondary school students in Shangluo City, analyze the influencing factors and provide the basis for prevention and control work. Methods Health examination and statistical analysis of the students in 3 learning sections of 6 schools in the urban area. Results A total of 6 778 people were examined, with 4 072 common diseases. Among them, the rate of vision loss was 31.96%, the prevalence of dental caries was 10.74%, the rate of malnutrition was 7.23%, the rate of overweight was 5.12% and the rate of obesity was 3.94% The positive rate of HBsAg was 1.09%. The rate of poor eyesight increased with the increase of school age, and the rate of vision loss in girls was higher than that of boys (P <0.05). Conclusion Shangluo City School District students are still not optimistic about the prevention and treatment of common diseases should be caused by the relevant departments attach great importance. Primary and secondary schools should strengthen the implementation of health education knowledge intervention, develop students’ good learning and living habits, reduce the incidence of common diseases of primary and secondary students.
