本文应用我们改进后的滤膜—荧光法研究了过热温度对L_(7712)细胞DNA结构的影响及其对DNA辐射损伤与修复的影响。发现照前达到某一临界加热温度会增加对DNA链断裂的损伤作用.而照后加热则抑制DNA链断裂的重接修复。提示临床加热治疗肿瘤以加热→照射→再加热的处理次序可能会提高疗效。
In this paper, we used our improved filter-fluorescence method to study the effect of superheat temperature on the DNA structure of L_(7712) cells and its effect on DNA damage and repair. It was found that reaching a certain critical heating temperature before irradiation would increase the damage effect on DNA strand breaks, and heating afterwards would inhibit reconnection repair of DNA strand breaks. It is suggested that the clinically heated treatment of tumors in the order of heat→irradiation→reheating may improve the efficacy.
