目的:归纳总结在骨科手术中发生的不安全因素,探讨其有效的防范措施。方法:收集分析分析骨科医疗纠纷案例。结果:针对骨科手术中常见的医源和非医源的不安全因素,骨科医务人员须提高业务水平,养成谨慎的工作作风,尊重患者对疾病的知情权,规范书写患者病历和诊断书,全面有效地做好对医疗风险的预防工作。结论:规范医疗器械的使用和流程,提高骨科工作人员的业务素养,加强医患沟通,能够有效的应对骨科手术中出现的诸多不安全因素,帮助患者早日康复,减少医疗事故。
Objective: To summarize the unsafe factors in orthopedic surgery and discuss its effective preventive measures. Methods: Collect and analyze cases of orthopedic medical disputes. Results: In view of the common medical and non-medical unsafe factors in orthopedic surgery, orthopedic medical staff should improve their professional skills, develop a prudent work style, respect the patient’s right to know about the disease, standardize the patient’s medical records and medical certificates, Comprehensively and effectively do a good job in the prevention of medical risks. Conclusion: To standardize the use and flow of medical devices, to improve the professional qualities of orthopedics staff, to strengthen communication between doctors and patients, to effectively deal with many unsafe factors in orthopedic surgery, to help patients recover quickly and reduce medical accidents.
