目的 :通过动物实验探讨临床中行之有效的蒲田胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经、月经过多、经期延长的作用机理。方法 :应用小鼠热板法、扭体法观察蒲田胶囊的镇痛作用 ,应用玻片法观察蒲田胶囊的止血作用。结果 :蒲田胶囊对化学刺激引起的小鼠疼痛有一定的镇痛作用 ,并有缩短小鼠的凝血时间从而有促进凝血的作用。结论 :分析现有药理研究成果及本实验结果后认为 :蒲田胶囊通过增加血小板数、促进凝血酶的生成、影响中枢神经而起到镇痛、止血作用
Objective : To explore the mechanism of effective menstruation of Kamada capsules for endometriosis dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, and prolongation of menstruation through animal experiments. METHODS: The analgesic effect of Kamada capsules was observed with the mouse hot plate method and writhing method. The hemostatic effect of Kamada capsules was observed with a slide method. Results : Kamada capsule had certain analgesic effect on the pain caused by chemical stimulation, and it had the effect of shortening the clotting time of mice and promoting coagulation. Conclusion: After analyzing the existing pharmacological research results and the results of this experiment, it is concluded that: Kamada capsules play an analgesic and hemostatic effect by increasing the number of platelets, promoting the production of thrombin, and affecting the central nervous system.
