随着我国高等教育大众化时代的到来,高职教育在高等教育中的地位和作用日益重要。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出了“大力发展职业教育”的目标,把职业教育纳入经济社会发展和产业发展规划。因此,如何改革高职教育,提高高职院校的办学水平已成为社会关注的热点问题。与此同时,高职教育中的师生关系也遇到了一些新的问题,出现了不和谐现象,在一定程度上影响了校园安全稳定与社会和谐。构建和谐的师生关系已然成为高职教育改革的一项重要内容。笔者拟从分析影响高职院校师生关系的因素入手,从加强思想政治教育建设的角度探讨改善当前高职院校师生关系的方法和途径。
With the advent of the popularization of higher education in our country, the status and role of higher vocational education in higher education are increasingly important. The Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) put forward the goal of “vigorously developing vocational education” and incorporated vocational education into the economic and social development and industrial development planning. Therefore, how to reform the higher vocational education and improve the educational level of higher vocational colleges has become a hot issue in the society. At the same time, the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational education also encountered some new problems, and the phenomenon of discord appeared. To a certain extent, this has affected the campus security and stability and social harmony. Building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students has become an important part of the reform of higher vocational education. The author intends to start with the analysis of the factors that affect the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges. From the perspective of strengthening ideological and political education, this paper attempts to explore ways and means to improve the current teacher-student relationship in higher vocational colleges.
