目的:对不同采收时期的核桃楸果皮、茎枝、树皮、叶中的鞣质含量动态变化进行分析,为核桃楸资源的合理开发利用提供理论基础。方法:采用水浸泡过夜,超声提取样品中总鞣质,以没食子酸为对照品,磷钼钨酸试液为显色剂,干酪素为鞣质吸附剂,采用分光光度法于760 nm处分别测定样品溶液中总多酚和游离多酚的含量,从而计算出样品中鞣质的含量。结果:核桃楸不同药用部位鞣质含量为叶>果皮>树皮>茎枝,不同采集时期果皮、树皮、茎枝中鞣质含量呈逐渐下降趋势,叶呈现上升趋势,后期急剧下降。结论:核桃楸的不同药用部位中鞣质的含量明显不同,不同采集时期含量变化显著。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the dynamic changes of tannin content in the pericarp, stem branch, bark and leaves of Juglans mandshurica during different harvesting periods, and to provide a theoretical basis for the rational development and utilization of Juglans mandshurica resources. Methods: After soaking in water overnight, total tannin was extracted by sonication, gallic acid was used as reference substance, phosphomolybdotungstic acid test solution was developed as color-developing agent, casein was tannin as adsorbent, and spectrophotometry was used at 760 nm respectively The content of total polyphenols and free polyphenols in the sample solution was determined to calculate the content of tannin in the sample. Results: The content of tannin in different medicinal parts of Juglans mandshurica was leaf> peel> bark> stems. The content of tannin in the peel, bark and stem branches of the Juglans mandshurica decreased gradually with the increasing trend of the leaves and sharp decline in the later period. Conclusion: The content of tannin in different medicinal parts of Juglans mandshurica is obviously different, and the content changes significantly in different collecting periods.
