随着我国经济体制改革的逐步深入,住房的商品化和私有化已成为目前房地产业发展的必然趋势。随之应运而生的物业管理行业,更因其与百姓生活息息相关,成为万众瞩目的焦点。物业管理部门究竟有哪些职责与权限;物业管理单位与产权单位的委托关系如何;物业管理单位与住户的管理关系如何;有了物业管理单位之后,产权单位是否就可以放手不管;产生纠纷之后责任如何承担等等,这些不容忽略的问题一个个摆在了我们面前。
