本文简述了钻孔灌注桩混凝土质量超声检测的优越性及其能提供基桩质量的信息;超声波检测原理和方法;影响检测质量的因素;超声波检测应用实例等内容。 为了检验基桩混凝土质量,由周之津、吴慧敏、徐人忠负责进行了超声波无损检测混凝土灌注桩质量的研究和应用。超声波无损检测可提供基桩施工质量和混凝土质量情况,确定基桩中缺陷的大小和位置,估算其强度,测试其它物理力学性质和参数,而无损于灌注桩的结构构造及其使用性能。并可进行长期重复检测和动态检测。因此,采用超声波无损检测不但可以确保工程质量,节约材料,而且可以提高劳动生产率和加快施工进度。
This article outlines the superiority of the ultrasonic testing of the quality of cast-in-situ concrete bored piles and the information which can provide the quality of the piles. The principle and method of ultrasonic testing, the factors that affect the quality of testing, the application examples of ultrasonic testing and so on. In order to test the quality of foundation piles, ZHOU Zhi-Jin, WU Hui-Min, and Xu Renzhong were responsible for the research and application of ultrasonic non-destructive testing of concrete piles.
