探矿施工设计在生产过程中贯彻执行已三十余年了。在这期间，由于贯彻执行情况不同时好时坏，也有不够完善之处。现在探矿工程管理正处于改革之时，为使探矿施工设计适应形势发展需要，一九八五年地质矿产部重新制订了“探矿工程施工设计规定”（草案），并下发广泛征求意见，这是很必要的。我们进行了认真讨论，在学习中我感到贯彻执行是个很重要的问题，现在我仅对钻探施工设计提几点浅见，供参考。
