随着社会经济的不断发展,老龄化趋势日益凸显,隔代教养这种教养方式在家庭教养中所占的比例也越来越大,成为一种越来越普遍的家庭教养方式。隔代教养是指由祖辈担当起对孩子实施教育、抚养责任的一种教养方式。隔代教养对幼儿的发展有利也有弊。本文在分析隔代教养现状、产生原因及其对幼儿社会交往影响的基础上,从社会、学校、家庭三个角度,提出了解决隔代教养消极影响的有效对策,以便隔代教养能扬长避短,发挥对幼儿社会交往的积极影响作用。
