目的探讨T2DM患者血糖波动特征与非增生性视网膜病变的相关性。方法选取T2DM非增生性视网膜病变(NPDR)组97例;糖尿病正常眼底(NDR)对组照100例。采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)监测两组72h血糖变化。结果 NPDR组血糖标准差(SDBG)、最大血糖波动幅度(LAGE)、平均血糖水平(MBG)明显高于NDR组(P<0.05);NPDR与年龄、病程、SBP、DBP、HbA1c、SDBG、LAGE、MBG呈正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C、2hC-P呈负相关(P<0.05)。偏相关分析显示NP-DR与SDBG呈正相关(r=0.325 P=0.000)。结论血糖波动与T2DM非增生性视网膜病变的发生发展相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between blood glucose fluctuation and non-proliferative retinopathy in T2DM patients. Methods Ninety-seven patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR) and 100 normal diabetic retinopathy (NDR) patients were enrolled. Blood glucose changes at 72h were monitored by dynamic glucose monitoring system (CGMS). Results NPDR was significantly associated with age, course of disease, SBP, DBP, HbA1c, SDBG, LAGE (P <0.05), SDGG, LAGE and MBG in NPDR group were significantly higher than those in NDR group , MBG (P <0.05), and negatively correlated with HDL-C and 2hC-P (P <0.05). Partial correlation analysis showed that NP-DR was positively correlated with SDBG (r = 0.325 P = 0.000). Conclusion The fluctuation of blood glucose is related to the occurrence and development of non-proliferative retinopathy of T2DM.
