“一带一路”战略通过对内协调发展、对外合作共赢的思路,为顺利推进供给侧结构性改革,促进产业结构调整,优化资源配置效率提供了机遇。我国的供给侧结构性改革,强调统筹利用好国内外两个市场、两种资源,通过提升有效供给的能力和水平,以开放发展的思维开辟了改革新格局,夯实了与“一带一路”沿线国家共赢发展的基础。“一带一路”与供给侧结构性改革有机结合,是开放发展的战略依托,是实现包容、平衡、可持续发展的重要举措。
The strategy of “One Belt, One Road and One Belt and One Road” has provided opportunities for the smooth promotion of supply-side structural reforms, the adjustment of industrial structure and the optimization of the efficiency of resource allocation through the coordination of internal development and win-win cooperation with foreign countries. China’s supply-side structural reform emphasizes the integrated development and utilization of both domestic and international markets and resources to enhance the capability and level of effective supply, opens up a new pattern of reform with open-minded thinking, “The basis of win-win development of countries along the line. The organic integration of the ”Belt and Road" and supply-side structural reforms is a strategic support for opening up and development and an important measure for inclusiveness, balance and sustainable development.
