本文针对我国土地信托制度的法律依据和实践成果进行研究分析,在充分肯定了土地信托制度符合我国的《农村土地承信托制度推广难的根本原因。
This paper studies and analyzes the legal basis and practical achievements of China’s land trust system, fully affirming that the land trust system is in line with China’s “the root cause of the difficult promotion of rural land trust system.”
