Granular cancellous bone and bone marrow transplantation has been successfully used for tumor resection or reconstruction of traumatic and mandibular defects. The key to applying this technique is the implantation of high-concentration osteogenic cells. The method of preparing granulated bone reported by Marx and Sanders is to compress the volume of the transplanted bone by 1/2 to increase the cell content. During operation, the bone taken from the ilium was placed in a sterilized plastic syringe and then compressed with a needle. When the needle was removed, the needle was cut open at the neck of the syringe and the bone graft was pushed out with a needle. The authors report a technique that does not cut off the cylinder and takes a bone. Prior to inserting the bone graft into the syringe (3.5 ml), place a sterilized stainless steel disk 20 mm in diameter and 0.7 mm in thickness into the needle
